How to Setup an Account on the Marketplace

We urge all members to go to healthcare.gov and register an account if you do not currently have one.

It is fast and easy to setup, just follow the simple steps listed below.

Step 1

Go to: www.healthcare.gov

  • Click on "login"
  • Click create and account

Step 2

If you have an account click login and enter your username and password

  • Click on "login"
  • Click create and account

With No Login:

Check your email to confirm your email address:

Step 3

Return to the log in screen and log in using the login credentials that you created.

  • Click on "login"
  • Click create and account

Your application is complete, now you need to find the application that your agent worked with you to create.

Step 4

Some folks may have to verify their identity based on information that the marketplace has on file:

Enter in the application ID that your agent provided:

You will now see the application listed in the section called "my applications and coverage's"

Step 5

Your account will now have your plan listed. All information will be located in this portal.

You will be able to upload documents and see all information that you may need in your portal. Your tax document will also be located here for filing purposes.

If you need to make changes, please contact your agent to make sure the changes are made correctly and you are not inadvertently cancelling your plan.
